Dr Jeffrey Jones, MD, FACEP

Dr Jeffrey Jones is the Director of Logistics at Bright Starts Pediatrics, supporting the practice through operational oversight, systems management, and clinical collaboration. His role helps ensure that families experience efficient, well-coordinated care from first contact through follow-up.

Dr Jones is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with extensive experience in clinical leadership and healthcare operations. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wheaton College. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP).

Throughout his career, Dr Jones has served as an Emergency Physician, Medical Director, Department Chairman, and collaborating physician with multiple healthcare organizations. His leadership experience includes managing teams, overseeing clinical operations, and helping develop systems that support safe, consistent patient care.

Prior to joining Bright Starts Pediatrics, Dr Jones served as Medical Director for weight loss clinics in Nebraska, Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. He has also participated in planning and recruitment for a freestanding emergency department and served on boards and committees related to emergency medicine.
